As a seasoned yoga teacher and sound healing practitioner, she has delved deep into the transformative power of mindfulness over several years. Recently, completing a rigorous 200-hour meditation teacher training at Three Jewels, an esteemed enlightenment studio in New York City.

With a commitment to creating a supportive space for exploration and learning, she is dedicated to helping you discover the transformative potential of meditation.
